Ceyline Shipping proudly continues the 2nd session of our Maritime Resource Management (MRM) training program, uplifting Sri Lankan seafarers to global standards.

As the only organization in Sri Lanka delivering internationally recognized MRM Human Factor training certified by ALL Academy, Sweden, we empower our seafarers with leadership, teamwork, communication, decision-making, and onboard resource management skills.

Because seafarers come first, we also conducted a Financial Wellbeing session to help them build secure futures for themselves and their families.
