Recruitment Process

1. Candidate Screening
We begin by reviewing applications and pre-screening candidates to ensure they meet basic qualifications, experience, and documentation requirements for seafaring roles.

2. Technical & Soft Skill Evaluation
Each candidate undergoes thorough assessments, including technical knowledge tests and evaluations of communication, teamwork, and adaptability for life at sea.

3. Principal Requirement Matching
We carefully match each candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience with the specific needs of our Principals to ensure the right fit for every vessel and role

4. Final Interviews & Documentation
Shortlisted candidates are interviewed by our recruitment officers and/or Principals. Upon selection, we handle all documentation, certifications, and compliance verifications.

5. Deployment & Follow-up
After deployment, we maintain ongoing contact with both the crew and the Principal to ensure satisfaction, performance, and readiness for future assignments.
